Yeah, I get Cuts in my sleep too, it turned out to be the zipper on my pillow case was really sharp and I have a habit of sleeping with my arm under the pillow so it cuts, I just used some sandpaper on the zipper and and the cuts became less frequent(thought I still get them from from my fingernails and stuff it seems)
