The Town of Windermere has many dirt roads, paved roads, and the brick roads you viewed. You may consider looking inside the community via Google Earth.
Tiger Woods, with his squeaky clean image, must be mortified with all the attention he's getting for this incident but he's adding to the speculation and negative press by keeping silent on the matter.
I thought the roads would be in better condition then what you show.
