I want to make my own SOOO BAD.. but its very expensive and hard... not many tutorials for quad suits D': You need, probably a lot of soft craft foam, airbrushing paint, a LOT of high quality fake fur.

Very nice. I like the way the back legs look in motion, but [and I'm sorry if I sound rude or anything] I just don't like the way the front paws/legs are so stiff. I know I couldn't have done anything this good, and probably couldn't come up with a better way of making them work, but I just don't like the way it makes the movement look- it has a cartoony feel the way it is.
