FIRSTLY: Lung cancer is INCREDIBLY rare for any non-smoker alone, and if it does appear in non-smokers, it is usually much elder people who are exposed to a polluted environment, lung cancer in a 7 year old girl, basically Impossible
Secondly: Health care / medical care is always covered by a workplace assuming the father is employed full time, and if not, unless she lives in a developing country, the government will fund surgery.
