I think The Slayers did a parody of this Sentai series. Amelia, Gourry, and three old guys were pretending to be a Super Sentai team. It reminded me of Bioman. They called it Peaceman.
I think they should do a british spin off of this sort, with all comedians replacing the characters. I'm sure I'll become a cult hit if they show it at 2am in the morning, 15 min everyday. Jonathan Ross, Jack Dee, Graham Norton for starters.
bringing back those memories where my worries are not that deep and being upset would mean i missed an episode of this sentai!!! cheers to once was an innocent child!!! hahaha
