ha i went round the red course on a fixed gear no susspension dirt jump bike, i was knackerd and my wrists killed. it was a pretty good ride but it'd be better if you could catch more air in certain places

I went round the red route yesturday and loved it!
First time ive done any real/proper mountain biking!

That was an under statement, Wales rocks, pity I live in England.
I know i'm grateful that i live in Wales because coed y brenin is on my doorstep, and llandegla isn't too far either.
