I listen to this song and think WTH How can some people divide into Avril into "old Avril" and "new Avril"? Her new songs are just as good and meaningful as the ones on her first two albums. This song is definitely good and meaningful.

I agree that this is as good as the first one, but almost all the songs of "The Best Damn Thing", in my opinion, has't got too much meaning, and they're too comercial. Of course, she had to impove, and she won't sing the same with 27 than with 17, but, please, don't tell me that songs as "Hot" or "Girlfriend" are her style...

I know songs like Girlfriend and Hot don't have as much meaning to them as songs like Nobody's Home and I'm With You, but I disagree with people that say all of her songs from her last two albums suck and are meaningless when some of them only listened to a few songs off of Goodbye Lullaby and judge the entire album off those few songs
