For all of you who can't animate it: you need to uninstall whatever version of Vegas you have and then Re-install it. That worked perfectly fine for me.

wow i would tell you how but this is hard to explain.. when you drage the effect in.. and the video pops up, at the bottom of that page there like a diamond thingy... well thats a usefull thing... you have to put that at the end of the line then bring the "progress in degree" thingy to the end too :P then it should animate.. if not then i dont know :P hope this helps :P ( i should make tutrials :P ahahah jokes.. maybe :P ahhaha just trying to fill up the remaining character :P cuz im cool NOT!
