whats the point of this if you have to use a computer to connect it to the DSLR. might as well get a long usb wire and just control everything from there.

@fathergreen Yeah, dslr's have no wireless conectivity possibilities.

Nor does it let you click the record button so you can shoot video. It's strictly for taking photos.
