  • @flym0 Is that your final answer? Cause routers exist as a layer 3 device whose purpose is to 'route' based on a logical addressing scheme which is typically IP or windows netBIOS names ;)

    No one is doubting what layer of the OSI stack that a router operates at. One was just questioning the pronunciation :-)
