This is Malaysian.

1. Car license plates are all Malaysian plates.

2. The lingo is Malysian. Singaporeans do not say "Ar Dui."

3. The accent is distinctively Malaysian. When the narrator says "ar Reveeeeerse" @ 0.50 it's distinctively an Malaysian accent.
