Of course you can't overeat saturate fat, but not because that stupid statement: 'you have to have everything in moderation' but because nature is smart. Fat makes you full, meat (with its fat) gives you all nutriens you need so how can u overeat?

Overeating just happens when you dont give your body what it needs... Our genes are smart.. We are dumb

. Not surprising given the studies ENHANCE and JUPITER both manipulated to obscure the important facts. ENHANCE had to have its protoco0l changed, endpoints changed and was subject to a letter from a US Senator. JUPITER, well 9 died in the Crestor group compared to 6 in the placebo and produced SIGNIFICANTLY more new cases of diabetes
