  • People please be really aware of these guys. They have no idea what they are talking about and you are going to end up hurt. Leg raises and full sit ups over work the hip flexors, primarily the psoas major, causing a lot of stress on the lumbar spine (lower back). You will end with lower back pain sooner or later.

  • are you really planning to rip my core?
