For you asking what Tom did.. I'm assuming you're referring to the break up. After one of their tours I think it was, Mark and Travis wanted to record more music. Tom said he didn't want to, and they should take a little break to be with family. They agreed and what not, and didn't leave in the best note. Then, Tom said he wanted them to work in the studio, and send in what they record to him at his house, so he could add to the track. Basically not wanting to work on recording with the band.
