Do the tracks ever come loose like they would with bonding glue? I'm assuming this is much stronger?

@LoHeHaPoMaandPr I still sew the wefts after gluing them which makes for a lot of security. I have created a wig with the glue only but any wig I plan to wear a long time, I sew. It is possible for the wefts to detach from the cap with the hot glue.

It depends on how you attach it. I do not find it hard to remove and reapply.

The closure I used came separately. Google Harlem 125 closure. You could also invest in a more expensive closure that would be larger and have more hair on it for better coverage.

That looks good, but why not use a flesh or tan colored wig cap when making the wig so that the frontal looks more realistic? It would be a fleshy color and look more like scalp instead of the black.

Thanks for stopping by. A satan cap is sturdier than a wig cap so I usually prefer to use it. I have also made a wig with the stocking cap. I do switch up materials at times. However, I'm not pressed to use the tan color b/c it's not my scalp's flesh tone and the cap is always fully covered. Others may use the flesh tone if it matching their taste. I never want people to feel that they have to make their wigs exactly like mine. I am just sharing my creations.

@omega7373 - I know what you mean, I have a hard time trying to find caps to match my natural scalp color as well. I realize the cap is fully covered, it just looked like you had a lace closure on the top which is why I suggested it. =)

Hi!how long do your wigs last? Im thinking of making one on a spandex cap with Harlem 125 hair but never tried this type of hair, will it last me a while do u know?

I use the Harlem 125 for the closure but I don't think the wefts would last very long. I use higher quality hair for the wefts. I have done reviews on the hair that I use and I find that the remi wefts help the wigs last longer. The two wigs I made with remi hair are still in good shape. The first wig I made around December and I can still wear it. I use moisturizing conditioner and roll it at night instead of using hot tools all of the time. Hope this helps.
