A 14 yr old I knew was repeatedly raped by a cop she babysat for.She was paid off & he kept his job w/dignity.A friend had his nose kicked in by a cop when he was a tiny 13 year old.T/cop, whom was drinking on duty,had him lay on t/floor & pointed a gun at t/child's head then kicked him in t/face.Kept his job & did t/same thing a year later.Another friend was plucked off t/street & badly beaten by 2 NYPD scumbags for carrying a green,transparent water pistol at age 12.These guys are all cowards.

I'll take your word for it, however still rare, as I said... I have seen 2 videos where cops arrested cops, or intervened, compared to 1000s and 1000s of ones just watching. I saw the Sandusky pep rally, was disgusted. However, I also know not to listen to the media, and everyone deserves the fair-shake, in court. Oscar Grant, Kelly Thomas, a 7yo girl (among other victims) did not have to die at the hands of police. One case, is far to many, hence the societal rage!

Until the upper class get affected by quotas nothing will change, it's a hard job and you have to make sense of things yourself working in law enforcement that's why they give you discretion. Here's how it works people. Prisons today are either privatized - corporate run - or have all of their services, such as laundry, food, etc, provided by a company such as Halliburton. It's a lot like a hotel, the more people they have in prison, the more the corporations make. I find it amazing how these "reporters" stop at quotas and go no further to investigate why they have these quotas. As the saying goes, follow the money and you will find the culprit.
