I don't like the sound effects. Gundam sound effects should always be the same. Even in Gundam Unicorn, they use sound effects from 30 years ago.

This lost all if not most of the classical Gundam SFX, which is a shame. I think it would have been better if it kept the old SFX, but of higher quality.

Two questions! Why was the effect for the beam weaponry downgraded into one generic sound with this remasting? And how the hell did Michel's rifle respawn itself after it'd been destroyed? Other'n that though, not much else can top the realistic epicness of the 08th!

@Fuzion yeah a lot of the noises were changed imo for the worse in teh remastering, but the refinished video is alright, and its shiro's gun that gets destroyed, and karen dropped the net launcher and picked up a rifle thats why shes got 1, however, michel's chest vulcan, sounds more like a gatliing gun spinning up now rather then an aircrafts vulcan (even though its supposed to be a vulcan mg)

@linkxsc Well I think the vulcan gun effect sounds about right, because it's the same rotary barrel concept as a gatlin anyways. I still wouldn't mind the original sound though. And I thought it was michel because when the beams lanced up from beneath it he yelled out his name.

i like how they remastered the sound for beam weapons but not for the machine guns. the MGs sounded too puny. they're suppose to be 30mm~60mm caliber, but they sound like 5.56mm rifle rounds.
