What a really nice set up! Just bought myself one of these but not sure how many fish I can stock currently have 5 x tiger barbs and an albino corydora. You got quite a few fish but your tank looks health! Great job!
@gsd767 We only hear trickling when the water level gets low. We don't notice the filter noise atall. Originally it made a bit of noise (removing the filter lid reduced it). But now its pretty much silent. Maybe it takes a little time to run in?

Your tank decor is amazing. I have the same tank with 4 male guppies at the moment. Trying to get some opinions on adding either a different colour of guppies or another species altogether to my tank. Any ideas? Are 4 guppies too much as is? Thanks!
@jimmyjames1981 Sorry for (very) long delay in replying! Yes they're 6 LED MR-11s. They were the "cool white" ones from ultraleds. I love the colour of the light they give. I notice now that they say "not suitable for fish tanks". I'm sure they didn't say that when I bought them! They're possibly not quite as bright as the original halogens. The only disadvantage I've noticed is that since they run much cooler you do seem to get more condensation forming inside the top cover.
Hi, We haven't had any problems at all with our Betta, he is a fabulous fish, not at all aggressive. We used to have a female Molly that started attacking his tail, so I wouldn't recommend that combination. I personally think Mollies need a bigger tank. The fish that we have in our tank now all seem happy, no problems at all.
@jimmyjames1981 i've had a crwntail betta combined with some tetras, barbs and 3 gouramis, it went well for 4-5 months, after redecorading last weekend the betta went for the gouramis..i had to remove him to an other tank.don't know the cause of this sudden behavior, he did this before but b4 he didn't attack them now he kept attacking the gouramis didn't know where to hide...though he prefered to attack the bigger one..

how are you finding the Edge with the Betta and the other fish, i just bought one and have only my Betta in it so far.
