guys get a grip its a chinese kite with LEDs .. we've reported a similar case in Australia n police have spoken to a teenager n warned him 2 stop hoaxing. same thing happend in Vancouver as well, same in NZ.. these kites r becomin really popular n ppl r usin them to hoax or fool believers. so dont get too excited no one can deny thrz life outside our galaxy but be analytical at the same time dont just believe in somethin just cuz it LOOKS believable.
