  • wish i had gun rights

  • @Timebubbles The first battle of the American Revolution (Battle of Lexington & Concord) began when the British sent 1000 troops to confiscate arms and munitions from Concord, Massachusetts. That was what began the first violence of the revolution but not one of the root causes. However, the second amendment was a provision to protect Americans from disarmament by their government like the British attempted. Perhaps you should do a little research before calling people names my friend.

  • Why does he always talk about hunting when it comes to the 2nd amendment? The Constitution doesn't reference hunting. It references firearms after living under a British government that was intent on disarming the American population.

  • All you Alpha-males thumping ur chest can take a breather; Obama isn't coming... he has the ARNG, BATF, DHS, FBI, USMS and local L.E. When they want ur guns, they'll over-whelm you and take them.

  • @threepercenter03 Not a chance, in most cases, we ... are them.

  • If somebody is going to break the law by killing somebody, what stops them from breaking the law from getting guns if they were made illegal? If I'm trying to kill somebody in an area of conceal+carry, I'd think twice before doing it, or I might have 20 handguns pointed at my head after I murder them! Does what I'm saying make sense to anybody?

  • Come take my guns nigger! See what happens.

  • fuck you obama try to take my gun asshole

  • "the state or local government can't constrain the exercise of that right" .... ???? WHAT ??????

What does it mean then to say "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED"??? Infringed means restrained or impeded upon, or restricted. PERIOD! The right to KEEP (own) BEAR (carry) ... SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED !!!

    SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED !!!

  • Explain , in more detail, what you mean please...

  • Just for the record. You can't "delete" the second amendment. Automatic ban on criminals is a smart law. Why would anyone want an irresponsible person in possession of a dangerous weapon ?

  • Are you stupid? What do you think will change with the ban on weapons to criminals? They'll still get them illegally. I don't think we should sell guns to them openly but I'm just saying the ban won't do anything. They'll just import or smuggle a gun in. Do you understand what I was saying or not? Don't know how to make it any clearer than that. If guns are harder to get for everyone, then criminals will be the only ones with guns, cause they avoid the registration crap.

  • I mimicked "delete" cuz you were still thinking like a computer. In the 90's when they took assault weapons away the crime in the United States was extremely high. They didn't hire more cops [government] at first they took away the primary weapon of killing. Made sense at the time. The social climate is a lot different then back then. Obama has not said anything about signing a bill that would outlaw guns. Unless you lived back then child, I suggest you try to understand. Peace

  • I remember all the talk of weapons and I remember the news of Desert Storm. I'm looking at all the people he's bringing in though. His judiciary judge and I don't even remember what the other guys position is. I do know that their both important roles, and their both radically anti-gun.

  • @TangoCharlie3 yeah and ban on fire arms? arent criminals criminals on the fact they break the law? so how would the ban hinder them?

  • @xsnakemandougx Exactly. It just makes people who want to defend their homes from criminals defenseless.

  • @TangoCharlie3 I agree with you. What I don't understand is if they want to ban open and carry, take for instance, here where I live there would be lots carry guns and would just shoot anyone that smarted off to them if it was legal here in texas. Hope you understand where I am coming from. To many stupid people out there, Hate for a gun to be in wrong hands.

  • You can tell obama is so sketchy with this topic all his campaign history has been very shady on exactly what he wants with guns, he says one thing than denys it latter, he votes on one thing than warps the answer when questioned about it, Its obvious the media wants people to beleive that any one pro gun besides hunting heritage families is a skinhead. Its our right to collect, sport shoot, Defend our homes, we wont settle for single shot guns or any limitations, fully automatics no. other yeah

  • Total agreement. I just got done trying to prove to a liberal that Obama would like to take our guns away and he wouldn't admit it because out of all the articles I sent him, it didn't ever specifically say "we will ban the possession of all fire arms and delete the second amendment." I don't get the automatic ban either, criminals don't care what the law says.

  • lite em tri in ky

  • Violent death rate in Iraq is 25.71 per 100,000, Washington" DC's violent death rate at 45.9 per 100,000...........either we need to pull out of DC, or move to Iraq.....LOL. Stupid liberals!!!

  • It's ironic that in his hometown of lower west Chicago (or whatever it was) that they had 32 deaths of local school children in the LAST YEAR! When there were a total of 750 (ish) murder-suicide related deaths in the U.S. 200+ of which we returning soldiers with PTSD. He lives in a hardcore neighborhood when nearly 6% of the remaining murder/suicide deaths in the NATION took place, and these were ONLY the children!?! LMAO! ROFLMFAO!!!!! Get real Senator Obama. Another fudged statistic.

  • Guns kill people like spoons made Rosie O'Donnell fat. Stupid liberal idiots.

  • Lol that's a good one!

  • LOL...........good point!!!!!!!!

  • @Turbofanjetmech Can you imagine spooning Rosie O'Donnell? OMG! You wake up lost in Pandora, a fat smelly forest of thigh flesh. I'd rather volunteer to be water boarded.

Guns do kill people, if they're in the hands of someone skilled enough to use them properly. Otherwise blaming inanimate objects for the actions their owners take is simply another way for Americans to continue side stepping personal accountability.

It's like blaming monkeys for passing bad checks.

  • @Turbofanjetmech That's not a banking metaphor btw.

  • GOD HELP US ! IM NOT DISARMING!

  • I must say that Obama is "Terrible" when he is not scribted!!! What's that all about???

  • Everyone sounds "Terrible" when they not scripted to questions that the WHOLE country is gonna hear.

    Peace.

  • You're only bad at answering questions if you are lying OR don't want to tell your true view and have to filter what you say. I could answer a question in a second if asked because I live by MY standards and don't smudge the lines for ANY reason.

  • Lying ? How ? It's called thinking or rationalizing before you react. When you have a lot of people listening to you speak I'd hope you thought before you spoke so that way you can get your point across. And also just because you live by your standards doesn't necessarily make it a "right" standard. Same could be said about my point of view but if thinking is wrong then I don't wanna be right.

  • I think about my views all the time. That's why it wouldn't take long at all to answer a question. I live by my standards every day and think about them. I would never have that problem because I would have my views down so much. I'm not saying you don't want to think. I'm saying that you should not have to think to answer a question. BTW, I had two options in there. But I do think he's lying. I have had a ton of questions asked and I've always gotten my point across. So I know what I'm saying

  • I hear what your saying but you don't seem to want to listen. Cool. As I said in my previous comment "your standards" are YOUR right standards. Which is great. But they are not necessarily right for EVERYONE else. Do you understand ? And how did you know you got your point across ? Did you take a poll afterward ?

I don't trust the government any more than you but as long as they give it to me as straight as possible then I can decide afterward as to what I'd do.

  • Well, the way I'm pretty sure I got my point across is that I usually end up talking to them more either after the question(s) or later on down the road a few days or a couple weeks. I talk to them about what they asked cause I'm usually curious on others stances and why they asked me. And I can tell from these discussions they understood what I was saying. MAYBE I'm just really fluent. I can only speak from my experience. I do understand the everyone's different though. I don't trust THEM.
