im only guessing here but i would say its bagged. defeintely a poser car BUT in reality there are few laws against showing your ride off while its parked; showing off 20psi or a set of decent pipes meants breaking a few rules generally

Those are "Sevas" S10 22 inch wheels, pretty shitty wheels, company has gone bankrupt. This was due to garbage quality of wheels, as almost every wheel they produced fell apart or disintegrated very quickly in normal conditions.

Those of you that have them, get rid of them, and those of you that want them, look at the Radenergie R10 3 piece wheels instead.
