  • Really good instruction. Wristlocks available too. But I like your focus on most effective subs.

  • jitsu is real maan

  • this vid just got u another subscription ;)

    great tips

  • At my gym we call it "The Backpack of Doom"! I find it easy to remember, as long as it works I don't care what it's called.

  • Jeans?

  • It looks great , however if the guy gets on his elbows and knees then stands up to slide you off, well hmm idk what do you think?

  • This isn't a reverse triangle. It's just a standard triangle from the back. It's only reverse when you lock in on the opposite side of the arm. You can do a standard triangle from the guard or the back or a reverse triangle from the guard or the back, and this is not reverse.

  • @pyro5178 Ya I think the title says "Triangle fro the back". Lemme double check um ya that what it says.

  • @stronnize Actually, you idiot, read the description; it clearly says that "Brian Morgan (visiting instructor) teaches how to set up the reverse triangle when you have someone's back," and I explained why this is not a reverse triangle.

  • @pyro5178 No shit dumbass I know this isnt a reverse triangle you fucking moron. What are you trying to tell me that I dont already know you jackass.

  • @stronnize You have some impeccable grammar, buddy. I'm so hurt by your words, tough guy. Maybe you should fucking pay attention. I'm not saying you don't know the difference, and I never did. I'm saying they called it a reverse triangle in the description, and you were telling me in a previous comment that the title didn't say that, and I was clarifying that it actually did.

  • @pyro5178 regardless this is a reverse triangle from the back. And when you actually take the time to look at another reverse triangle video, you will see what side the legs are on.

  • @crabbit87 No, it's a standard triangle from the back. Locking up the triangle choke under the shoulder is what constitutes a standard triangle choke; locking up the triangle on the side of the neck without the arm is what constitutes a reverse triangle. This just happens to be a standard triangle from the back, but that doesn't make it reverse.

  • @pyro5178 Sources?

  • @crabbit87 I've been training at Gracie Barra for over a year and a half. You have to be careful with a lot of these videos online. Some have good techniques but incorrect names, while others just have incorrect techniques.

  • @pyro5178 There arent 2 triangles for each position. I suppose you could call it whatever you want after all a triangle is a triangle. However the technique shown above more closely resembles a reverse triangle. check out Ryan Hall(2009 ADCC third place) He has one of the best triangle games out there.

  • Hell yeah i want to learn this today gotta try this

what would be the counter to the move as well do i turn into it like a rear naked or something totally different?

  • haha I was on the ground with a buddy of mine the other day and I could have rear naked choked him easy but thanks to this video I decided to mix it up and pull the reverse triangle (easy!) and my buddies were pretty amazed.. thanks brain morgan (yeah I called him brain lol)

  • great technique thankyou to both of you, dont worry bout yo belleh showin ur a skinny guy

  • that is definently good to learn, good shit man gooood shit

  • so good i want to cry

  • NICE
