Make no mistake about it losing to a girl is as bad as it gets. I wrestled at a lower weight so I had to face girls plenty of times and I beat all but two of them but the times I lost completely ruined wrestling for me. Both of them really rubbed it in afterward too.

This is a high school tournament. Likely a junior varsity team. The guy is pretty bad and the girl has better technique and cardio from the looks of it. He flops right to his back and got worked.
Oh and in my opinion the best wrestler in recent memory would be Alexander Karelin from Russia. He was beaten by Rulon Gardner of the US in the 2000 Olympics due to a recent rule change at the time. Karelin was unbeaten in 13 years and hadn't given up a point in a decade in world class competition.

@sstby This is precisely why letting girls wrestle boys is a bad idea. I am all for equal opportunity, so if girls want to wrestle, they should have their own team. For example, they don't let boys play on the girls volleyball team. Why the other way around? On a side note, I seriously doubt the ages in the video description. Untrained people use physical strength more than anything. so, yes this is a girl, don't do it seriously (i add this is a weak guy, don't do it seriously).
BUT remember that things are different between trained people. i know that wrestling use a lot of force, but try grappling, or brazilian jujitsu. everything is different. less force, and far far more technique.
in boxing, kickboxing, mma, and more, if you underestimate a trained girl you can get serious injuries, ko, submission....

This is a high school tournament. Likely a junior varsity team. The guy is pretty bad and the girl has better technique and cardio from the looks of it. He flops right to his back and got worked.
Oh and in my opinion the best wrestler in recent memory would be Alexander Karelin from Russia. He was beaten by Rulon Gardner of the US in the 2000 Olympics due to a recent rule change at the time. Karelin was unbeaten in 13 years and hadn't given up a point in a decade in world class competition.

this is a high school wrestling tournament you hear a weight class get announced during the match that isnt used in college or world level. And judging by the skill of both of you i could tell that this was at least a high school match. Most likely a JV match at that
