I think it's Scarecrow!!! Bane will have busted him out of prison/Arkham when he got all the other criminals out! Its one of bane`s henchman..and he`s making sure batman doesnt do anything tricky..there inside a warehouse where other henchman are around and its the final battle between bane and batman..

The mad scientist is the one who later in the comic become Hugo Strange. Hugo did Venom experiment in Peña Dura prison. nearly kills Bane at first, but he survives and finds the drug vastly increasing his physical strength, although he needs to take it every 12 hours (via a system of tubes pumped directly into his brain) or he would suffer debilitating side-effects.
I think it's just someone from the film crew who just happened to get in the shot but may eventually get cut out once they edit the footage, it was after all just a teaser trailer. That's my theory...whom ever it is, won't be important to the story imo

@cokemtt Christopher Nolan said he won't have the Riddler in his final movie. He confirmed that months ago. These types of comments with people saying is the riddler, Black mask or two face are so annoying. There won't be neither of those villains in the movie.

In the trailer you will see a signs on 1.08 minute. In the left wing of the batman logo you see the riddler sign.Take a good look!! Let me know if you see it also!!!

The mad scientist is the one who later in the comic become Hugo Strange. Hugo did Venom experiment in Peña Dura prison. nearly kills Bane at first, but he survives and finds the drug vastly increasing his physical strength, although he needs to take it every 12 hours (via a system of tubes pumped directly into his brain) or he would suffer debilitating side-effects.

I think it's just someone from the film crew who just happened to get in the shot but may eventually get cut out once they edit the footage, it was after all just a teaser trailer. That's my theory...whom ever it is, won't be important to the story imo
