He's actually right. Not just because it shoots faster that it runs out of gas faster, but because you shoot so many rounds within a short amount of time, you bring down the temperature and pressure of the gas down which means you use up more and more gas per successive shot.
@morisato54 well he said just..the gun ain't made to shoot that fast so ur litterally raping the gun at an inmense speed..not even a real gun would be able to handle it for very long..and anyways..air n gas guns are lame..real ones is the l33t ones =)
You still can't shoot your friends with real guns and expect them to still be your friends though, or even live for that matter. That's what airsoft guns/games are for. Believe me, shooting paper all day gets boring even if you're using a real gun.

Actually the trigger bar hits the sear which allows the hammer to go up and when the hammer goes up the valve knocker goes out and activates the valve thus releasing the gas.
