If you are using a 100 with a red cover that should be a very dim light. Do you recommended a dim light for scanning and do you think the xlr250 is far to bright for scanning but good for shooting.
Cool deal yeah I have a red filter on mine as well. I will check out the lights! I was looking for one I could attatch on the top of my scope. I am looking foreward to using your calls. I have bunch of people looking to see how these calls sound. If they like them you should be getting a bunch of orders soon!
AkChamp, we use the Kill Light XLR 250 made by Ellusive Wildlife Technologies. I have attached to my gun as a shooting light. This light will ID critters to 100 yds. I use the XLR 100 with a homemade red lens to scan and the XLR 250 as the shooting light. I highly recommend these lights. Thank you and Good Luck! Curtis
I just bought your backstabber and the howlitzer call. I am the guy from alaska who needs the calls by the 15th haha. I do have a question for you guys. I use a 2 million candle power spotlight and love it. How bright is your light?

At the 3:12 mark was that the 100 with the filter, or the 250.
You make some great calls also.
Thanks
