They will scream socialism and too expensive for the tax payer. The same tax payer that doesn't want to pay maybe thousands every year for his own medical insurance. Or the tax payer who CANNOT PAY FOR HIS OWN MEDICAL INSURANCE.

Obama can raise taxes if he wants to pay for this. We will all be better off. Because if you fall down the stairs and break both legs and don't have insurance you may have to sell your house to pay the bills.
