question, do you prefer liquid or penical eye liner? With this look which would look better?

@lexitime2shine i love both the same because i think you achieve 2 different looks. it also depends on the mood im in when doing my makeup. today i would choose liquid liner.

however if you want something a little more done up then i would go for liquid. if you want something quick & easy then i would choose pencil. make sure you set the liner with some eyeshadow over the top to stop it smudging everywhere. hope this helps and keep the questions coming if there is more you would like to know :)
