On my realm (Nordrassil) theres actually not many noob pugs, I puged EoE 25 with 2 man dead, I also puged Naxx 10 Undying with no fails, and I have tryed OS 10 3D with a pug once and we got him to nearly 10% on not so many tryes, the noobs are actually few enough to remember their name! :D

Pugs are very luck based. Either you get a good group or you dont. Most of the time you dont. I guess when 3.2 comes ill have to start doing HCs again to farm badges.

I've had more successful kara runs with a pug group than with guild runs. Plus if anyone starts ninja'ing loot, they get kicked and blacklisted. (Which means I send word out to a bunch of guilds about the guy, and to not group with them or accept them into a guild.) It's a dick move, but so is ninja looting.
