How do you sell DVD's without the band's permission (regardless of your charitable contribution) and not get sued?

yes - its a bootleg. I have made about 20 concert DVDs

Black Lab - I do have a couple questions:

a. whats with the smoke in the background - one of the concession stands catch on fire?

b. something besides Bono catch on fire?

c. glad to see you invested some money on a tripod cause the video is reasonably still

d. what did you do to the peep that kicked over the tripod at about the 2:23 mark?

e. you gonna be posting any more from this remarkable night?

Audio from this clip is from my camcorder but DVD will use dubbed audio
