YOU CAN GET 100 POPULATION(if you count spartans and covenant leaders then 101 and 103) but all you have to do is keep clicking realy fast on making a single unit(such as marines,I dont think it works with multipopulation units) and you can get 1 over the population cap(ive done this on live several times,tho it doesnt always work most of the time it will and when it does it comes in handy since you can even use it with odsts!!!

My favorite unit, however, is the locust. i once had 13 locusts in one army, and they were freaking INDESTRUCTABLE. i almost defeated everyone. Until, that is, my friend pulled the plug on the 360. I think it may be possible to reach five Scarabs if you click the Scarab option in the base a fifth time extremely fast, i've done so to get 100 ODST's, but I haven't tried with Scarabs.
