@gtrefghuk Well I work as a delivery driver for Dominos. While having a cell phone isn't an absolute requirement for the job, it's a DAMN good idea to have one. Sometimes I have to contact a customer or manager while I'm out on the road. There's only one payphone within about 20 miles. So I don't have time to go back to it when I need to call someone.. Also when your car breaks down they're really useful for being able to call someone like a friend, relative, or a wrecker.

Plenty of ways to use cell phone info, but the police can use it to trace calls to different phones at different time, so it can be called as evidence, this really is fine in most cases.
