I wished people would stop saying cartoons need to be like this now adays, If we had them, then this wouldn't be remebered as mush as they should. Shit Nowadays Aren't Ever Gonna Be Like It Once Was Ever Again. Is Wishful Thinking, But Stop It It Just Remeber These, Buy The Dvds, ANd Share Them With Your Kids And That Will Be That.
@jgbennie In 1937 he did all the voices for Porky's Duck Hunt, and he did 400 different voices and worked in 5000 different cartoons. later in his life (70s-80s) people began to replace him.
@cumulo25 There were plenty of male voice actors in Warner cartoons in the '40s who were not Mel Blanc. You can start with Arthur Q. Bryan and work your way through Kent Rogers, Tedd Pierce, Bob Bruce, Billy Bletcher, Gil Warren, Dave Barry and Stan Freberg, to name some of them. In the 50s, you can add Daws Butler and John T. Smith. There were a couple of one-shot guys like Pat Patrick.
I can't think of any roles at Warners where someone replaced Blanc before he died. Hal Smith replaced Bryan.

i don't know if it's a production- or a network-releated miscue, but the audio track on this one seems to be out of sync with the rest of the cartoon; besides, i do remember watching this 'toon as part of BOTH the "Porky Pig show" and the "Road Runner show" when it as aired on Telemundo Puerto Rico some 25 years ago.

Here's my own bit of dialogue:
DAFFY: "Don't axe me!"
ME AS FARMER: "Okay I won't axe ya. How about I just ask ya why most TV shows and cartoons aren't as good as they used to be."
DAFFY: "Well, speaking for the other quacks, it's because most of the geniuses of the past are dead."
ME: "What a rotten development this is."
DAFFY: "Emphasis, of course, on 'rotten'."
