OfCom has never worked, Just like all the other regulatory bodies in this country, Look at OfGem, Massive Electric and gas bills No real difference between any of the providers, Anti-Competitive structures all over the place, Most of which are part or fully owned by foreign companies now, Not good for the UK, Not good at all, Even worse for the UK consumer.
Thank God for people like NextGenUs (who own FibreStream).
Hopefully this will get people switching from Kingston Communications and finally allow this city to 'Evolve'.
