  • 6'4 tall Tony is a HANDSOME man with his dark hair and light brown eyes. His son is 23 now. Wonder what he looks like.

  • this video is like the movie "twilight"... its so silly yet everyone is so good looking...it's pure fantasy. It's fun and it works.

  • Their clothes look awesome and they look great and very young!

  • i bet these guys were in the same fraternity .. hehe

  • the drummer loves his bangs

  • My favorite songs of that band, are: 'TRUE' and "GOLD"

  • My first time ever seeing this video. It's also the first song I ever heard from Spandau Ballet.

  • The women dancing together at 1:26-1:40 reminded a bit like the dancing sequence in Duran Duran's Planet Earth. The only difference is the caption in DD's video and this one has no caption.

  • Very true and interesting similarity, the video as a whole, and even fashion is similar to DD PE.

The tracks are from the very same year, maybe it was the same video company, that edited both videos.

  • Yes 83 survivor, I was just thinking the same thing. When I was in high school the dance the 2 are doing in Planet Earth was the "official new ro dance move, too funny.

  • Cool. But what on earth are they wearing?

  • I would describe it as Pirate and Scottish fashion lol, what ever it is, its original not like the shit they ended up wearing by the mid 80's.

  • looks like they hit up a bunch of musical and plays for their costumes, still great song, amazing band.

  • That was their original look before they adopted the "New Romantic" look they've become known for in "True"

  • never heard it before

    never saw it before

but I surely love it now! IM only 33 but love the 80's specially the first half.

  • Holy cow! Can you say "Sophomore year of high school returns'? This is the music of my generation. We 40 somethings are lucky to have been born when we were.

What a great song. What a great band.

Nothing is better than the early 80s with the new wave/new romantic bands.

  • Do we really need a make-up ad on the bottom of this classic video? The people who watch this already look great! Sell your junk in a magazine not in here!!! c'mon Chrysalis records get a job! Thank you and remember to drink Pepsi when you have a headache and take Revlon when your hungry.

  • I LOVE this song! Thanks so much for posting it! I had no idea there was a video for it- it's great to see, so many years later!

  • Yeah! Great song!

  • this so awsome
