This is really nice, but I wish there was a quick zoom-out sequence at the end that takes you back to where you started in under 20 seconds. Just to give you an idea of the scale you're dealing with.
@shurcooL I don't think it is possible for the human mind to comprehend the scale that we are dealing with. You'd have to repeat an electron-to-visible-universe magnification more than six times to be equivalent, and humans are terrible at comprehending mere stellar distances.
But, once I post the raw .fxz file and a new version of Fractal eXtreme you'll be able to implement your suggestion.
If you drop down more info on my channel theres a link to my mediafire folder with Fractal Extreme palettes and a horrible little command-line utility to convert text files to palettes and back. So now I've emailed you, commented on your blog and now found your youtube site.

Fantastic video. Can't say how great it is that Fractal eXtreme is still regularly updated. Been a big fan since the late 90's, great work!
