I like Hugo Chavez but the American plutocracy hates him. The only thing I don't like about Chavez is that he hasn't invested his oil revenues into domestic industry and infrastructure. He needs to sink that oil money hard and deep into the public sector and the physical economy where it can't be stolen or privatized by the global banking mafia. He needs to ensure that what happened in Argentina will be impossible to pull off in Venezuela. I'll have to visit DPRK and see for myself if it's real.

It depends on the leaders interpretation of Communism/Socialism. There are bad kinds (N.Korea, they use a system known as Juche) and there are good kinds (Sweden, Venezuela, Cuba. The only reason Cuba is doing badly is because of the American embargo). Some South American countries at the moment seems to be changing to a promisingly good socialist system. That's good as many US corporations exploit the people there. Hugo Chavez is doing a great job and is not a dictator as the US media says.
