very fake drag the frame from one to next at very end of tape where grandma first appears as last guy is leaving, he is out of the frame too soon but she is in several frames; then look at elevator wall light appears across it as doors open but when grandma appears wall is dark so door is shut but how can it be when they are still exiting.

i think it's a hoax, a camera trick.

probably an over lapping of footage to make it appear as a ghost...

At 44 sec, I think that's just the light from the floor above or below the floor the two men are on, that is, if they lifes have windows in the doors.

Yeah, the light bounces off the "ghost" but besides what's been said already, if for no other reason, one should be skeptical that the guy happens to be leaning against the wall just beforehand conveniently in the very position likely to cause the most impressive reveal. Had he been standing in the center it wouldn't be as impressive an effect & people could more easily dismiss it as a person behind him the whole time. What are the odds the ghost would choose that moment?
