you should have your endigs cut more often, becouse now you cut too much and you will never have longer hair! I think someone can cut it better than yourself. But you are very brave :)

it will be uneven and it will look like u let somebody play in ur hair. u know how a barbie hair look. all straight at the ends and stuff. like that except worser cause u'll have some jacked up layers in the back.

Hi do you know another way to cut layers in your hair. It's hard to cut your hair yourself. It's hard to go to salon all the time especially if you don't have the money. Do you have tips on cutting layers for your hair. Thanks for your comment. But this is the Only way I know how to cut my hair.

@spphr308 I kinda know....I dont rlly know about layer layers cuz im not a professional hair person.......i just like use the sissor to go up and won gently but fast on the ends and it kinds of make like layers depending on which way you do it either the inside will be longer and the outside

Man, you have thick hair! It takes me like 2 seconds to do this! You need better scissors, too, girl! :) You won't believe the difference it makes when you get a really great pair of scissors, nice and sharp, although be careful. I've cut myself! I don't use the elastic, & I also cut those ends straight (like when you pulled it toward the front, & I also trim the back holding it straight back, & then finally, I pull all my hair forward to the front of my face, as I like a chin length bang! :)

Thank you so much for posting this!  I'm not nervous about trying this at all now, you made it look very simple. I don't have the time to run into town, wait for the stylist, etc. Plus, gas is so expensive and it's better on the environment if we don't waste it driving in to get a cut!
