I would recommend looking into any other pc before purchasing one from HP...i HAVE OWNED BOTH THE 300 AND THE 600 and they have been back for repairs more then i had time to enjoy them ...Great design but they are still working threw the problems with the touch smart computer ....Care to know more just reply and i will be glad to fill you in ....And any Hp rep Dont fire me up i will post all my chat logs as return receipts as well as your replacement program BS..Totally dissatisfied customer

@gar4on Never was able to get a refund .Only a repair or replacement computer ...They say it only takes 7 days for the replacement process but every time has taken more then 3 weeks ...

There seems to be possibilities: Either something is wrong with the quality control, or it could be the workers are overworked, or HP is handling too much complaints/issues, or somewhere. You're not the only one on this, because I read some bad reviews on HP. The computer got an excellent grade from C-Net couple years ago.

Have you tried going further the chain? Going higher?

@jasondeanv If you have been talking to customer service, you probably get mixed responses. I am having a situation myself not related to this. I'm just trying to figure out the next step above customer service.

I'm curious that nobody has paid attention to the fact that you bought both 300 and 600 and u returned them. Did u get 600 as replacement? Or u bought both of them?

I would recommend asking to speak with a supervisor and then you will start to get better answers ..Fare warning its really no faster then the other iam still waiting for a replacement computer and the 7 to 10 day talk is just that a bunch of hog wash Its going on over a month ...Best of luck , If you would like iam willing to give you the supervisors number i have but you will have to have a claim number for them ...

@abc123147852 YEAH! I ordered the latest 610, i7 880 3.06 GHz, 12gig ram, 2GB ATI Radeon HD 5570 graphics card, it's not the best but it is pretty darn good for gaming!

@Kweezy157 lol, no sir! 12gig of DD3 RAM! It even has hdmi and composite inputs so can hook up your ps3 or xbox! I personally love touchsmarts, they take up very little space and provide you with the same power that a desktop would. I used to be all about customizing my own pc's and upgrading them every couple of years but sooner or later you get tired of it! I'd rather just buy a new pc every 4 years.

What I like about this is that you have the option of using a keyboard and mouse. I can't think of ANY scenario where I'd buy a device that ONLY has touchscreen.

After using the iPad for a few hours and switching to a regular PC, I have to catch myself from using the 'non-touch' screen. Hopefully touch screen like shown in the vid will be standard down the road.

The media input is a great new feature. Playing PS3 on that great screen for the win!
