  • 0:53 My girlfriend walked in and got pregnant. I have no idea how that happened.

  • mother of god, that was STUNNING

  • Make sure you learn all 4 notes so you can p-lay this stuff...

  • Nobody builds energy like B.B. Have a seat Satriani, Vai, and the rest of you who attempt to build energy through electronics. B.B. is the master.

  • MY GOD!!

  • 5 morons disliked this...

  • Found this music after meeting him in his bar in New York a few years back, to be fair I was thirteen or so at the time, though. If it makes up for not knowing who the hell he was at least I was seeing Al Green. ;)

  • Saw him tonight, absolutely amazing and the backing band was just WOW!

  • where can i get this? what album? was it even recorded??

  • this is the bomb!

  • wheres that at ? memphis or ???

  • @zachblues1 Yes, it's in BBs own club

  • he's better than slash

  • @AmigoFiell everyones better then slash

  • @branch1234

slash is such a great guitar player, but yes, there are better ones like brian may, jimmy hendrix, eric clapton and of course BB

  • @AmigoFiell see u can tell me that slash is a great guitar player all u want but it just wont change my opinion about him..

  • @branch1234

    ok, no problem XD

  • @AmigoFiell no offense to u..ofc

  • chuncoco

  • He is the real King.

  • B.B is The King!! :D

  • Even if you don't like his expressions, they add more interest to a live performance. It wouldn't be very fun to watch a solid, emotionless statue play guitar.

BB sings with 2 voices- his and Lucille's

  • With BB it's the whole package, voice and guitar, that adds up to a great artist.

Not to mention he always has a smokin band behind him.

  • this guy rock's!! \m/

  • camera should film the guitar, thats what hes famous for not his facial expressions

  • @123colt he's famous for both so it really doesnt matter whats filmed :)

  • I love the expression on his face when he plays his guitar. You can just tell he loves what he does by the look on his face.

  • listen his voice at 0:19, pure pure talent !!!

  • B.B. King King....

  • yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhh!!

  • It's 3 O' clock and I'm listening to my daily 3 O' clock blues.

  • blues is sadly only a black man's world. Whites can play blues, but never like blacks.

  • @NightwatchRebel Peter Green?

  • Exquisite bluez.

  • In my opinion, he is a best blues man.

  • B.B be into that shyt i love the way he makes expressions with his mouth, no homo!

  • 11-16 Live in Caserta and Roma (italy) wonderful!!

  • The big foot !

  • He out lived out played and out stood for the blues longer than any of the Kings the undisputed champion B.B. this is one outstanding lead performance by him thanks for posting ! DB blues from Detroit

  • B.B. King is a blues legend and he is amazing.

  • youtube agacio o blues que faz sucesso

  • The king of blues!

  • @flaskeballe the king of blues is robert johnson...but this guy is hilarious

  • saw him in bozeman Montana it was the second best but it kick ass

  • That's my king....MAN!!!!!!

  • Jeaaah this man is a thru Kiiiiing.Kepp going babeeee!!!

  • איזה תותח!!

  • YEAH;) B.B. rock me all Life long...

  • Amazing, we need music like this today in the media but we don't

  • Im seeing B.B king live in April...and its going to be a dream, seeing the Legend Rock the house!

  • You'll see a legend, but just remember he's an old man now, and his dexterity isn't quite the same. Don't think you're going to see an 80's B.B. But have fun, B.B.'s great.

  • im going to see him today my dad went to buy a camera and when he gets back im leaving yes sir bb and buddy guy in atl tonight

  • ahhhhhh your so lucky!! have a good time, haha

  • Unreal, I've been missing so much, this is music!

  • Well, actually i saw him live 2 month ago, and he DOES get rusty now, too bad ! but but that's life .

  • Cant get ant better than this......

  • He does not get older because of the Blues I think xD

  • no dust no rust no crust bbs a must

  • 84 years old and still hasn't rusted a bit...

  • ahhhhh yesss, the good ol blues.

  • @ 0:55 did he eargasm lol

  • Awesome!

  • this is beautiful. Mr. King is definitely the master at the blues. he shows true emotion in what he plays. big props to B.B. King. 5*****

  • That would be 'opinion'. If you can't spell it, it's probably worthless.

  • come on now , the man has a right to his opinion , the spelling ain't no matter at all , you just can't stand people who differ from you isn't it ?

  • Dont even think its a multi tasking problem. I think it might be him living the music so much and pooring he's soul out with one instrument at a time, either the guitar or he's voice i guess :b

  • Did you know that he cant sing and play at the same time!!! a person once asked him and he said i just cant do it. But he still is awsome!!!!

  • Damn- BB was really bringing his A-game here!! SWEAT!!

  • WOOOH! Hot damn! dat was cookin and that solo mmmhmm. wow. dat solo was made up of pure feelin, straight from his heart to mine. bb you are da best, man and continue to amaze all da time.

  • such a savage

    bb is the best

  • At 1:35, talk about getting the most out of one note. Wow. Another rung on the ladder of feeling just when you thought he must be at the top already.

  • No blues player builds intensity like B.B. His playing is like climbing a later of feeling, even when he's high on the ladder, he again finds another rung. You can feel the steps up as his solo builds. He takes the solo somewhere, a continuous ride up.

  • why this man need to play with gary the twat moore . the biggest tosser in music

  • BB King of Blues.

  • Yes, he is the man and the true King of the blues.

  • my old Man . My King Bless Him !

  • Wow... this man can do more with one note than most can do in a whole song. Just amazing talent and feel. Blues is all about the feel, and no one feels it better than B.B. King. I seen him live several times, and 80+ he still has 'it' ... I'm 32, and I wish I could still do what I love and do it well at 80+

  • he's the king... no doubt

  • yeah! And "youtube HAS to ban these users"

  • even now his tours with him sitting down... its still amazing music and he puts on a great show

  • the music just flows ot of this man's hands :X

  • his musica and soul ar one... BBking

  • You GOTTA love his facial appearance!! Can't wait til Vegas!! Love that man.

  • B.B. King is the definition of blues

  • Long live B.B.King.

  • now that is truly the look of a man in his very own element

  • I wonder where Stevie got his influence from...?

First two records Stevie ever bought with his brother were B.B. King and Buddy Guy.

  • SRV's influence was mainly jimi hendrix

  • wrong...although Stevie was without question influenced by Hendrix,...his main influence was the blues, you can here it in the hendrix covers....and the main bluesman he followed was Albert King....performing with Albert at Antone's when he was 19.and even referred to Albert as his godfather

  • i didnt do any research when i wrote my comment, but i hear more jimi hendrix when srv plays. that's really where i made that assumption. i remember listening to a 69 woodstock CD and if i didnt put the disk in, i could've sworn srv was playing instead of hendrix. the style was that similar

  • @epeemstr316, SRV's main influences was#1 Lonnie Mack, #2 Albert KIng, and some Hendrix.

  • @stevefrareyjr some hendrix? srv himself said he loves ´jimi like a brother and he often has dreams with jimi in it !

  • @raskamas His first record was actually Wham! by Lonnie Mack

  • @raskamas that doesn't mean anything IMO. Was he influenced by B.B. King? Yes.... doesn't mean that could be seen as a soul argument for B.B. being better. Everybody has influences.

  • @fragmashine ha. u obviously dont know shit about the blues or stevie rays influences..

  • @fragmashine SRV himself would disagree with you.

  • Yeah, is amazing.

  • definitly the king!

  • he is sqeezing the last bit of tone from that guitar! WOW!

  • was he improvising?

  • yes

  • King of the blues

  • Wow he looks very happy when he is playing...

Great Solo he got, he is an amazing guitarist.

  • he looks happy when he is playing because he play's with soul.5*****

  • and THATS what a guitar sholud sound like.. omg im still shakin.. magnificent

  • wow!! I could hear this one million times, i'd still like it!

    Greetings from Belgium.

  • Me too...

  • Watch him in Gent jazz!!!

But how can I come home after 00.00? or stay there for a night?

  • I live in Gent and I know we too have hotels....

recommended for people coming from the other side of the world.

Thanks btw, now i know BB king comes to Gent Jazz (indeed)!!

gij durft wel, op internet :p

  • Heil

  • watch this

  • how can one describe the magnificent beauty of this man?

He's out of sight - one of the best fantastic blues singers I've ever heard, great band leader and,

    of course, what a guitarist!

    UNIQUE! THANKS, BB!

  • dam motha fucka

  • i know he looks so happy just to be playing. i new to blues and a new fan of B.B.

    Greetings from Hungary

  • That is just powerful soul - guitar.

  • THE BOSS

  • no this is fucking MUSIC ... hello CHI TOWN,,

  • Get A TS-9 or a Boss Blues Driver! i pair two TS9s and a Blues Driver with two Fender Blues Devilles (originals) running stereo, ABYed to a Leslie and a Peavey Delta Blues, 115. The bluesy tone ever.

    strat and sheraton

  • NOW THIS IS GOOD MUSIC

  • NOW YOU'RE A PILE OF SHIT

  • It's called Boss Blues Driver.

  • BB King is a living legend.

He's old as dirt and he still brings it better and harder than most of the 25 year old guitarists on the scene these days.

  • Can I get this set on DVD?

  • Super!Que musica, que ritmo, me encanta!Gracias por compartirlo!

  • love the faces he makes when hes jammin.

  • Blues and jazz is awesome, but lame Chris Brown style music and repetitive boring rock songs by Simple Plan and others have somehow taken their place in the charts. Is their any hope left?

  • No there isn't.

Hardly no one understands what good music is anymore.

  • good music is not an understanding, it is a preference.

It would be better said that people are not exposed to as much blues anymore.

  • i breath heavy metal, but i appreciate blues guitar, and am influenced by it. blues+metal=awesome

  • i agree whit you

  • Hardly no one understands what you are anymore.

  • Because you're so ugly.

  • Yeah, funny. Now go hang your self you egotistic dick head.

Go back to being depressed because thats the "look"

  • Blah.. Sorry man, I know this sounds stupid, but I had a friend on visit, and he have been posting all kinds of crappy comments on youtube and facebook.. I am sorry, if I have been acting annoying.

  • It's always beautiful to hear Lucielle sing like that =)

  • simply the greatest. then a close second is muddy waters.

  • You guys should listen to my Hero Ali Farka Toure.

  • Most other guitarists, when they try to play like that sound blurry and muddy, but i dunno how the hell bb king can sound so blue and yet so damn clean???!?!?

  • sincerity

  • This is what talent is. And it pisses me off that it isn't as popular as the shit being produced today. Now it's all about the money, egos and souless computer beats. We may be the last generation that enjoys real music.

  • the truest shit in the world

  • dont worry i know lots of kids (15-18) that still like Blues and old stuff.P

  • Hey im a fourteen year old freshman and B.B. King is one of my favorite artist, a few others include: Carlos Santana and Eric Clapton. I love the blues, all the emotions put into them are just amazing and they have inspired me to pick up the guitar myself, I have been playing for almost a year and every time I play the blues it just gives me this feeling that is so wonderfull that i never want to stop playing, i just wanted to let you know that young people can appreciate the blues too

  • Carlos santanna, one of the best guitarest in the world

  • dude...good for you, that's AWESOME. stick with playing, and introduce your friends to music like this. i'm 22, and its usually pretty discouraging to see how unexposed kids your age usually are to really good music, so i was pretty stoked to read your comment. if you haven't already, check out something like Pandora to broaden your horizons even more. be well.

  • I agree I also like playing the blues. This will be my fourth year now playing the guitar. I started when i was ten.

  • hey what blues pedal do u recamend? cuz i play guitar and i am really into blues!!

  • Dude, I would say no pedal, it's all in the fingers. Phrasing, how you attack the notes, licks, melodic lines, and most of all soul, that is what makes the blues, and none of that comes in a pedal my friend, that uis something acquired by listening and carefully studying the masters, as well as lots of practice. But, there are some nice pedals icluding the old ibanez tube scremaer and the blues driver by (digitech?). Still, I would say learn to play it well clean, then add other stuff. Peace.

  • yeah, bnapoleonc is right on...minimum pedals, although you might not be able to get the sustain and quick notes that you want at first, but you get there over time. the only effect i would throw in there for electric blues is also maybe a wah-wah; Buddy Guy uses one, Hendrix pratically wrote the book on it, and even Clapton himself used one. But, of course use it sparringly:)

  • Definitely buy a Dunlop crybaby wah-wah pedal for effects, they run about $90, i used one for years until i accidentally left it behind at an out of town gig, they're excellent.

I'm not sure about what you want to use for distortion. I use a Boss MT-2 Metal Zone, which runs also about $90 and sounds great, but I play metal a lot more than I play blues, for what its worth. I believe Boss also makes a blues version, but I forget the name of it.

  • I wouldn't call comp beats souless..it just means there's no orchestra to read a composer's music...but yes this type of music is dying and it sucks

  • That's the truth

  • He's the king of guitar and blues!!! Love you BBK!!

  • His face is awesome when he plays

  • Right on!

  • ohhh mannnnnnnnnnn!!

  • what sort of guitar is he usin??

  • ES 335 signature

  • I love him!

  • lol
