  • the police in jersey are the most corrupt i have ever seen. honnoary policeman raped a 14 year old dissabled girl and instead of going to prison the charges were dropped.

  • wowwwwwww

  • i am from romania and have worked in jersey for 3 months. i left because of the police. they were very racist towards me.

  • Great, place, I love it. I was born here in the Capital, Saint Helier. Thumbs up for great place.

  • Just have to say that the piece of 'skull' that was found at Haut de la Garenne was actually a piece of coconut shell. I live in Jersey and it is gorgeous, and a safe place for children to grow up.

  • This is a great island I live here in st. Brelade and that new insinorater there building on our coast the goverment has gone ape s*** 'bout building this insinorater right on our coast!! The goverment have ruined our island especially those english pratts who have turned OUR island into a s*** hole

  • Great place to party i spent two seasons there 84-85. i was 19 years old woking in hotels and bars. Some of my best memories at from Jersey. A beautiful place to live.Thank you so much for posting.

  • It is beautifull, but to mucha mess around, not safe ,to much alcool, and to many problems, and even for the turist ,comes drop is money they are a lot of racism, the food is rubish and very expeansive, pontlesse holidays in this place.

  • Im from up north in buckinghamshire! I came here for holiday and found it very over developed, Very comercialised!! I perfer that slightly smaller island called Guernsey, Very beautiful and more natural. Jersey dosen't look right! Still it has some good shops!

  • Born in Jersey 1948 so happy to see again from australia.

Love this vid. What is the name of the background music.

  • I lived in Jersey from 1988-1995, fantastic place to live. Wonderful memories

  • I Have lived in Jersey for over 45 years and just cannot believe the absolute rubbish some of you people have written here. Most of it heresay the rest is imagination. The few people who have spoken up for Jersey here are ridiculed over it, and the language, of course jersey has its own language, and why Politics and The abuse case has been brought into this area I do not understand..how appalling..you should be ashamed of your ridicule and disdain. Shame on you.

  • I live In Jersey and yes it's a great place to live. There are beautiful parts of the island yes such as bouly bay and Gorey etc. But there are less nice plases such as the waterfront which frankly is in a bit of a mess and has been for many years now, however the actual harbour is quite nice. This is a very nice island and many complain there isn't much to do, but if you go to see the places i go to you really start to appreciate what a lovely island jersey is.

  • I have'nt forgotten what a beautiful place it is. Trouble is for the visitor its practically finished now as a serious destination. Very little nightlife, hotels disappearing rapidly, and if its raining during the day ??

    need I say more??

  • Welcome from Jersey. Sometimes you forget what a beautiful place it is xx

  • im going jersey today see any1 in a oldham shirt tell me u saw this on youtube

  • 0:22 its not albert harbour, its elizabeth harbour

  • My family in jersey was one of the first ones there :)

  • @ILuvBorderCollies yeah, but the first WORDS THEY HEARD was my ancestor saying GIT ORF MOY LARND - YER ARZ

  • I'm going to Jersey soon, and I can't wait to be there myself, instead of just looking at videos and pictures of the island on youtube ;)

  • lol i bet u will love it, i sussggest going to the 5 mile road, in ST owens, go there if its nice and sometimes there are some fun wafes in the sea lol. oh and the sanjunes there fun ass hell to go down on a toboggen or somthing lol.

  • I've lived here all my life and just to say some parts have got pretty overbuilt due to people immograting here. But other than that its a beautiful island and i would highly reccomend it ^^

  • love jersey to bits. haut de la garenne is done and dusted, get over it.

  • Will people stop banging on about Haut de la Garenne! No doubt that there was some sick shit going on there in terms of child abuse but the way the media portrayed it was as if there were children being raped and murdered left right and centre. There was no evidence to suggest that whatsoever but it didnt stop the UK media running around on their little witch hunt. Justlikewhen they reported there were mass graves at the site when it turned out they were dug as a set for the TV series Bergerac!

  • @RexBanner1980 you can say that.. but jersey police did still fuck it up... it would have been over and done with if they let the UK police deal with it.. x

  • The native language of Jersey? Are people really that stupid? Lol.

I go to Jersey every year, gots holiday home in St. Brelades, most peaceful and relaxing place in the world, sure beats the hell out of London.

  • You've got to be pretty stupid to think that. The songs in Afrikaans which is only spoken in South Africa, where I grew up. Lol now?

  • Jersey does have a native language. My grandad speaks it

  • Whats with the song? Is it in the native language of Jersey?

  • it's in one of the languages spoken in south africa.

    Cheers!

  • Ja maar wat het dit te doen met Jersey?

  • lol nope it's nothin to do with jersey. I just like the song. also I became online friend of its singer long time ago.

    Bedankt ;)

  • yeeeeeesss sure it is.... sajalana kel ferero nah'haj there theres a small sample

  • @flemjob jersey is part of the british isles. and was once part of france so the native language was french/jerrias but now a days we speak english

  • @jamiewatsonable Thanks, but I was making fun of the music. I'm a South African living in the UK.

  • @flemjob jersey doesnt have a native language its just normal english:L

  • @XjadewoodyX I was making fun of the song the video maker had chosen.

  • @flemjob ok

  • -.- there is more to jersey than st. helier... i have lived in jersey all my life, you could have put up some pics of the north coast it is much nicer up there

  • Shut up! When were these riots exactly? You are an idiot

  • The Police investigation had to be conducted by police from OUTSIDE the island of JERSEY!

The Police of JERSEY under orders from Crown Officers in the CROWN OFFICES [next to the Royal Square] ensured there was NO Prosecution of any FREEMASONS - and certainly no prosecution of the BAILIFF BAILHACHE or the Chief Minister Mr Walker or any tracing of "his" assets into the DANDARA property company in the tax aviodance island of the Crown Island of the 3rd British Crown Tax Haven - Isle of Man!

  • You act like nothing like this has ever happened anywhere else, every country/island has its flaws.

Have a look at your beloved government before slating ours. the UK isn't exactly perfect now is it.

  • The name of Lillie LANGTRY (13 October 1853 12 February 1929), born Emilie Charlotte LE BRETON, was a highly successful British actress born on the island of JERSEY.

A renowned beauty, she was nicknamed the "JERSEY LILY" and had a number of prominent lovers, including the future King Edward VII.

But JERSEY has now lost its LILY - it has been CORRUPTED by deceitful FREEMASONS of Stopford Road!

One end of the road is the Catholic Church (west) - the other end (east) the Masonic Temple!

  • Sadly, the once beautiful JERSEY has been corrupted by FREEMASONS!

The most senior lawyers in Jersey are FREEMASONS & seen by their peers as deceitful crooks.

As for the BAILIFF of Jersey [Governor of Haut de la Garenne] - the arch villain!

JERSEY has been known to launder drug money & funds for terrorism.

But its days as a venue for DECEITFUL lawyers are numbered!

Many of the trusts set up in JERSEY are of a nefarious nature to avoid &/or evade sovereign taxation & family law!

  • Dude shut up and get a life, i bet you haven't ever visited

  • The MOST senior lawyers in the UK identify JERSEY as a corrupt little island where the rule of law is compromised under the Bailiff BAILHACHE [Governor of the Care Home] and his brother the Attorney General - both FREEMASONS!

That is why the GOOD police chief [Lenny HARPER] who investigated Haut de la Garenne Children's "CARE" Home was paid off & NO prosecution followed.

Although over 160 good people were victims complaining of TORTURE & continual abuse!

    EVIL! EVIL! EVIL!

  • JERSEY would be far more beautiful if the FREEMASONS were defrocked & exposed...

JERSEY is in a sheer mess legally & politically because those that control it at the highest level in the legislature judiciary & executive are ALL evil vile wicked deceitful FREEMASONS!

The Nazis banned ALL FREEMASONS & closed down the Masonic Satanic Temple in Stopford Road, St Helier!

  • This is a lovely video especially for the mass exodus of Jersey people who are leaving the island right now, and those forced to leave before them. Thank you.

  • born and bred here! Jersey bean is me!

  • HAHA!!! they make it seem so good but believe me wen u lived there for 16years it will soon get boring lmao

  • i live in jersey lol

  • I worked in Jersey in 1987, it was a nice time there, specially the free days. Soon will visit the island, i guess it's much diferent now.

  • My Family Lives There..Well Some OF It, My Grandparents Moved To New Zealand, Id Love To Go See Jersey and all the family still there.

  • Oh remembered her name Lilli Langtree there is a pub there named after her too, good too!

  • Used to work on ferries from Weymouth, we'd dock at St Heliers also did you know who was born here?

Famous English woman who also visited Harbin Hot Springs.

    Trying to think of name.

  • Appears pretty. I really wish I can visit Jersey one day.

  • Is the song in Jèrriais, partially?

  • Old Jersey one heck of a lot prettier than New Jersey. But do you have gambling casinos and Steel Pier???

  • Just don't forget how "EXPENSIVE" things are in here..geesshh..

  • thanx --lovely little film
