  • Lac I encodes for repressor

    These repressers are bound to the OPERATOR preventing polymerase to transcribe the DNA

    From 0:25 onwards, it's showing you what happens when a lactose molecule binds to he repressor and makes the operator site available for polymerase to transcribe the lac operon (Lac Z, Lac Y and Lac A)
