Personally i think nargas are easiest to kill with a great sword because you can block at crucial moments and attack right away.

@Limual13 i quit a while ago but umm u can find the ore in ur farm 2nd place up, with congala i prefer using the longsword do 2 hit and roll and wait for an chance to hit it again. u can fight narga i believe in either hr6 or higher or u can fight him when u get to the cat[near the elder lady].so yeah gl fighting congala ooo big advice be patient when u have bad armor just do few hit and run gl

1. The Volcano mining points, Snowy Mtn mining points, Pokke Farm mining point

2. Congalala is very slow, his head is his weakness, just wait for him to do a move that he has to recover from, like his 4 claw swipe attack, or the belly flop dive, then use Tri+Cir or Cir>Cir>Cir or Circ>Cir>Tri+Cir. His weakness is fire.

3. Narga is the 9* elder urgent quest at earliest.

@Yondaime6661 . hey dude. hmmm elder dragons are kinda really easy lol but at first there hard right? you dont NEED to kill them in the first round. just weaken them until 25 minutes. whats weapon class do you use? wen i went up against teo,luna,cham and doara i used ravanger blade+ and killed them all in first round

@Yondaime6661 get your highest damage hammer and just pound on his belly, you dont usually need to kill him, just stagger him enough that the time runs out before he breaks down the wall. I usually only take two pounds of the triple pound charge a super pound while repositioning then repeat. Another way is maybe an auto-reload heavy bowgun with Dragon S capability. target his back (where you land on and carve/plant bombs)

@tidlos Impresive :) I havent seen a lot of people using sword and shield :) How can you use items with your weapon out? I know that the only weapon that can do that is the SNS soo can you tell me? I tried to get into that weapon but I didnt really know how to use it hehe so now I use greatsword with my girl and mostly longswords with my male character

@Yondaime6661 luna and teostra are eldar dragons so they flee after 20 minutes but if you repeat a teostra or lunastra quests they will have the same damage you dealt to them previously. xD

@Yondaime6661 Yeah, you don't kill them. If you do enough damage, they flee after 25 min, but heres the thing, the next time you do that quest, all the damage you did before carries over! That way after you've done the quest two or three times, eventually you'll kill it. Elder dragons don't replinish HP at all until you kill one, then you have to start over from scratch on another. So if you get one down to a sliver of health, in the next fight, he only has a sliver of health. Happy hunting.

@Yondaime6661 all you need to do is stay to the side of the head's it's really easy once you've learned their attack pattern's like lunastra, you cant go to close to her, but poison her and you can, while she's poisoned attack her head when the crown breaks then you can attack her wherever, without fire damage, it's alot to read but hope it help's :)

im still at the desert and jungle in this game (if this is the psp one) im not really good at all. But I think the game's just to have fun. Not to be the most skilled hunter. Id rather have fun. Plus just having fun will get you good at the game. So i might be a what some people call noob at the game now, but ill get better. I can't wait for monster hunter tri to come out! yeh lol i shuda cliked quest info :\ if u use golden eclipse ul find it will take u 8-10 mins. i just kept in the whole fight beside 1 and a half or so mins edited out of the fight if u watch my items and life ul notice that after it skips to the next part its exactly the same i just needed it to fit into the song length limit:D anywais thanks:)
