Before people make these comments, why not try to think that the dog was probaply free a few minutes later? I you had a dog would you never , in under any circumstances, tie them? Why not think the opposite - that he is tied for a while for his own safety ? for example to stay away from chemicals in the room?

When I do house cleaning, I take my dog outside, BECAUSE I have a balcony, but if I didn't , maybe for half an hour I would do the same thing.

Does this example seem logical? Not everyone has big houses with gardens.
