  • Reminds me of Assassin's Creed to be honest.

  • koji kondo, you have done it again!

  • I loooove deserts in games. I prefer this desert to the one in OoT cause you could actually walk around the whole area instead of just a little pathway through a huge storm. I also prefer the Arbiter's Grounds to the Spirit Temple.

  • This part was so good because you get to beat the crap out of everything after hijacking a giant boar thing, infiltrate a camp, snipe everything with arrows, fight a fat guy with a hammer, then burn the place down.

  • Not your basic desert music in a game, this seems a bit more relaxing than others.

  • the timeline is so confusing i think they made a mistake and then used some random excuse to patch it altogether so um yh...

  • @Cameilaz I wouldn't say they made mistakes. I'd rather say they didn't care.

They want to make the game good. The timeline isn't that important for the developpers.

  • @Lugmillord ooohhh thanks

  • dude i loved the desert :D

  • Midna rocks!!

    This music is good x3

  • for some reason almost all the legend of zelda games have the same places death mountain kakoriko village hyrule market hyrule castle hyrule field zora's domain lake hylia the sacred grove is considered the lost woods gerudo desert is considered gerudo valley these were ones in oot but still EVERY DAMN GAME

  • @loGanPG13

    Wind Waker?

  • @MrYNoname almost all of them

  • @loGanPG13

    Tradition?

I still love the zelda series with a passion though.

  • I think this sounds so much like Halo's theme song. Its good don't get me wrong but it sounds similar.

  • @xRaynexOfxTerrorx yeah you're right

  • sounds bit like metroid prime with that chorus :x

  • where can you get this music? i looked on itunes and in stores and i couldnt find it.(all zelda music)

  • The best song in the whole game

  • BACK OFF SAND CREATURES! I HAVE A SWORD AND I HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO USE IT,BECAUSE I DIDNT PAY ATTENTION AT THE START OF THE GAME! altho i wish i did... :(

  • hey everybody im singing this song lol

  • the Zelda timeline is confusing as hell.

  • I like this song, but I hate the Gerudo desert and this song a bit cause it scares me lol. Always freaks me out. According to the split timeline, Twilight Princess was happening around the same time as Wind Waker.

  • @iceblossom014 um, actually, I think this is suppose to be based sometime between Majora's mask and Wind Waker. This is because in Wind Waker, Hyrule was flooded over, and in this game, there is still remains of elder Hyrule, for example, the Temple of Time is in what used to be Hyrule Castle... So the fact the TP happened the same time WW did is kind of... impossible.

  • @nerdyzeldafan Google the split timeline theory. It's basically accepted by everyone. Twilight Princess follows the child Link's timeline where as Windwaker follows adult Link after Ocarina of Time since there would be to timelines to follow since Link was sent back in time. They virtually happen at the same time. Which is possible since it's not the same person every time...

  • @iceblossom014 you know its possible that they didn't make the games with a single overarching timeline in mind at all.

  • @hmnhntr Just saying it's the split timeline...they're not going to have spirit tracks then go back to like Twilight Princess though. It keeps moving forward...

  • @iceblossom014 I know. I'm saying that with the exception of a few games (the windwaker and OoT series) there might not be a timeline, though I do support the split timeline theory

  • I like this song, but I hate the Gerudo desert and this song a bit cause it scares me lol. Always freaks me out.

  • timeless

  • I like this version better then the OoT version because this one actully sounds like a desert while OoT's sounds more spanish like...

  • @rhiangivan

They have deserts in places with Latin derived people...OoT's "Spanish" sounding Gerudo music was quite fitting. This on the other hand, while also being fitting, is just a simple background piece set on a loop, hardly even worthy of comparison to the more technical and beautiful composition of the Gerudo Valley theme. I just wish there was some way to hack into the damn thing and add OoT's music instead.

  • I sort of expected ninjas to pop out of the cliffs in this desert... XD

  • I can see people complaining about the lack of Gerudos, but as for using the old Gerudo song... no... get over yourselves... I think with new games, new music should be made... The old Gerudo theme will always live on in EVERY OoT fan's heart, and will ALWAYS be there... but we should take opportunities to make NEW very good music as well... I personally love this track too and i feel it fits this Gerudo Desert MUCH better than if they would insert the old track...

  • @ValterBlackDemon Same here, the old Gerudo theme was quite lively in a populated desert, plenty of Gerudos about. In Twiight Princess the desert is pretty empty, dead and mysterious, so this fits well.

  • damnn, i just wanted to see a simple gerudo. or a damn hint that there might have even lived gerudo. u know, u couldn't even tell that gerudo had ever been there

  • @DarkPrincess0111 i know what you mean and it pisses me off the same or even more not even one clue or decendant or at least one in hiding i finished the game long ago and i never played it again because of that. i couldnt adjust. all it did was made my blood boil i was so anxious to see a gerudo in better detail. i saw rant videos but no one will point this out its like they dont care if i where to make a video. pointing out these women would be one!!!!!

  • @nightfright1 well, there doesn't have to be a descendant of who ever just so the game is good, the game is already good enough. and why are you complaining about this on a soundtrack video on youtube??? write to the creators of the game and you can complain all you want.

  • @Pop12646Okami im not complaining about the soundtrack i love the new gerudo dessert soundtrack im complaining about the gerudo

  • @nightfright1 But you know this game is the sequal to OOT, After the hero of time dies, and he probably doesn't die for atleast 100 years, so during that time the Gerudo's were probably extinct or whatever.

  • @MapleLunii i wouldnt know you should ask the creator of zelda to please explain the right order of the timelines because it sure beats me of knowing these games are scrambled and outtaplace (puts head down and sighs) im just had it with these new zelda games OOT was the shit and before that. (wind waker is also good). i dont know but does anyone else feels my frustration? not to be able to see at least one with a high res detail is dissapointing.

  • @nightfright1 This is the timeline (Im pretty sure anyway) - LOZ: Link To The Past, OOT, (During OOT) Wind Waker, (After Wind Waker and OOT) Twilight Princess, (During Twilight Princess) Phantom Hourglass, (After Phantom Hourglass) Spirit Tracks.

  • how about the games before that?

  • @nightfright1 Well, I just remember that Four swords comes after Link to the past, but thats probably just an expansion to LTTP anyway, But after LTTP came Minish Cap, so that fits in between oot and LTTP.

  • @MapleLunii so confusing but thanks

  • im middle eastern and i promote this song :)

  • I was so sad when the Gerudo people weren't there 8( But this place was still mega fun.

  • Ocarina of Time Gerudo Desert Theme: I want to get mah horse and ride across the desert.

Twilight Princess Gerudo Desert Theme: I know the hidden temple should be somewhere deep in this desert.

  • I dont know why. But every time i go here and let this song play any longer than 7 minutes in my head. I go outside. And it doesent matter if its dead winter. I feel like im inside a fooking volcano.

  • OoT version is so bad ass, it had a spanish feel to it.

  • yeah,compare it to OoT,and it sucks...i'm doing a 100% play right now,might put it on youtube:)

  • I lovee this song and the OoT version!

  • Well apparentely they were wiped out between the time of OoT and Twilight Princess. TP takes place after OoT, you can tell because they explain the saints sealing away Ganon, so they must've been driven out after that.

  • i love this song ^^

  • has anyone else noticed that this is like a remix of midnas desperate hour? 0.o

  • is it? im a bit drunk so its hard to tell

but if it is, thats some good remixing, its makes the atmosphere so different!

  • well, it sounds like a remix to me. kinda. =/

  • woah! i never noticed that!

  • I guess it's just coz I'm weird I noticed =P

  • duh this is in the future. during time they all died off thats why they are not there

  • where can i get this soundtrack ITS SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The Gerudo Desert in TP was a disgrace to all Zelda Games. They needed to use the origional soundtrack...seriously. And where were the Gerudo people?

  • the gerudo song in ocarina of time is better

  • I agree...Even so...all the other TW songs are better than OoT's

  • Maybe they were wiped out sometime in this part of the zelda timeline. Who knows.

  • Where did you get the songs?

  • i liked the old gerudo song better, but thats just me.

  • And me.

  • And anyone who has ever gotten that far in the games.

  • too bad that in the Gerudo Desert where not a single Gerudo :(

  • I know, I absolutely hated that.

I wish there was at least Nabooru or something.

  • @FinalDestination00 If Nabooru had have been there, she would've looked so cool in this game! And kicked those boblins asses. xD

  • @FinalDestination00 i presume you're talking about the name, which i think is because the gerudos used to be there so the desert was named after them
