Perhaps, this news will cause credit card holders to rush in paying off their credit card balance before this NEW rule is applied:

remember when we used to think things would change under obama? yeah well thats not gonna happen. every day he breaks another campaign promise. i almost got fooled by this smooth smoothie myself but when i saw him vote yes on the warrantless spying bill known as FISA, i decided to vote 3rd party. now he's got his youth zombies coming door to door asking us to pledge in writing our support. i challenge anyone to name 5 campaign promises he's kept to the 50 i can name that he's broken. lets do it.
