Not to sure. With you saying it's bullion it might just be a silver round.
The CC mintmark will be on the reverse at 6 o'clock real close to the bottom. It should not say anything like .999 fine or 1 oz silver. You can visit my website.
Nice coin, looks more like a 63-64. I'm going to send my 1881-s Dmpl to pcgs or ngc next time I get a chance.Mine looks 64-65, but the fields are alot better on yours
It's hard to believe a coin like that is not a proof (although I fully understand it is only a proof-like). The black and white contrast looks really nice. Those are the coins collectors don't want to let go of, making them hard to find.
Gorgeous coin... I have two PCGS DMPL's, an 1883 and a 1885-O. But the coin looks better in an NGC holder because of the white background, it makes the proof-like appearance POP. :)
nice coin if it didnt have all that chatter in the obverse field and the little slap on the cheek she could have been 63-64. DMPL coins are very pretty
What kind of camera did you use to film this? Is their a specific mode you put the camera on to take such a clear video? I can't seem to get a crisp clear video with my camera to video my coins.
NGC TAKE IT OUT SEND TO PCGS LET THEM GIVE IT THE PROPER GRADE I WOULD SAY FROM WHAT I SEE 63 POSS A 64 CAMIEO DMPL

Morgan dollars were not made at West Point and in 1921 some were made in Denver.
Genius!
