The 11th hour was bad. There's a reason Del's fans barely even recognize that as a Del album. He spent 8 years working on an album and released his worst CD to date. Besides that he's released Funk Man and Automatik Static...neither of which were good. His last good effort on anything was Both Sides of the Brain in 2000.

Supposedly it was gonna come out in 2006/07 but del had a hard drive crash on his computer and lost a bunch of shit...im guessing that is one of the biggest reasons for the long delay, cuz beats have been done since 06.
