@Buuub08 My friend, when I say "skill", that is if you know what the word means, which is "to have ability to perform any action due to practice" and I meant that If you drag race, the closest thing to skill involved is good shifting, now for something a little more challenging, which was what I meant, driving in a track requires skill and practice combined, therefore it's tougher than drag racing.

I know what you mean, but you gotta remember that racing on streets in general is not a good idea and rarely anyone takes it seriously (you drive with safety first in mind). As you can see here - there is traffic, so no racing just speeding and they wont go faster than what they feel comfortable with. No one wants to die, you know.
